Position Summary::/h2:
Responsible for servicing a wide variety of commercial food prep equipment. Position is also responsible for servicing most retail:related facility equipment including, but not limited to stock handling equipment.
Essential Job Functions::/h2:
: Maintain all general equipment in assigned territory consisting of at least (8) facilities.
: Electrical system troubleshooting and repair.
: Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.
: Ensure maintenance expense (by Account Code) in assigned stores meet annual budgetary guidelines.
: Ability to serve on:call every 6 weeks from 4 PM : 7:30 AM, 7 days a week.
: Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Minimum Position Qualifications::/h2:
: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
: Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
: Ability to work as part of a team in a fast:paced work environment and a willingness to help all members of the department.
: Ability to work a variety of schedules as required (including nights, weekends and holidays). Overtime may be required.
: Flexibility to handle ever:changing scope of assignments and projects.
: Excellent communication skills.
: Ability to prioritize job functions.
: Personal initiative and follow:through to completion.
: Attention to detail and accuracy.
: Strong PC skills. Position will utilize Windows XP, MS Excel, CPC Ultrasite/Controllers and MS Outlook. Candidates must possess the ability to utilize and learn Kroger:specific mainframe applications including Viryanet Service Hub. Desired Previous Job Experience:/h2:
