With over 40 years of mounting, bonding, and packaging experience, our engineering teams have the skills and expertise to deliver optoelectronic solutions for the most demanding tern position responsible for performing materials analysis of molding compounds.Key activities include:Evaluating materials for key parameters associated with thermal molding of plasticsDeveloping technical comparisons for key material propertiesDefining technical experiments to assess material suitabilityDefining and performing simulations for thermal and optical propertiesPerforming analysis on mechanical prototypes including dimensional studies, optical properties and thermal properties Writing technical recommendationsMust possess strong analysis skills with coursework in material properties.Must be able to create and execute Design of Experiments.Familiarity with lab equipment for testing a pleted Junior Year or above in an Engineering program from an accredited university.Accepted majors are Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Physics.
