This position is responsible for delivering the following:
:Responsible for all aspects of the electrical maintenance processes, and uses engineering skills to drive improvements in safety, productivity and quality, while reducing costs and assuring environmental compliance.
:Develops and executes Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs
:Improves the reliability of the plant systems and assets through preventative and predictive maintenance and capital improvements
:Provides instrumentation, PLC and HMI/Aspen Tech software and hardware support
:Experience working with Allen Bradley PLC strongly preferred (VFDS)
:Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing experience preferred
:Understanding of Ethernet Communication and Network Technology
:Understanding of 15 KV Electrical Distribution
:Experience utilizing SAP or other preventative maintenance computer programs and Microsoft Office products
:Experience working with AB PLC:5, SLC:500, and CLX 5000 processors
:Experience in PC, PC+, SCADA T/S and Programming
:Demonstrated maintenance and troubleshooting skills with PLCs and VFDs (Reliance drives)
:480:220 volt three phase
:Electrical control systems: 110 vac, 24v dc, 0:10 vdc, 4:20mA signal, I/P and P/I devices
What you need to be successful in this role:
:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
:5+ years of experience in electrical engineering
:Working knowledge of reliability tools; RCFA, FMEA, Life Cycle Costing, OEE, RCM, CMMS (SAP), etc.
