Position Summary: Position Summary: The Vice President, National Accounts is responsible for effective client management, setting expectations, and meeting realistic needs of the client. They create a mutually beneficial relationship between SRG and the client.

Account Management
Manage existing strategic accounts nationally by means of due diligence, budget needs and customer relationships
Open and mange new accounts
Manage sales and opportunity pipelines, provide to President 30, 60 and 90 day contract forecast
Maintain a positive relationship between the company and the client
Develop strategic account plans to grow the account leading to a successful long term relationship
Proactively create and manage a strategic account plan that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
Effectively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
Set clear and manageable expectations with client before, during and after the sale
Instill appropriate level of client discipline to ensure brand protection for both the client and the company
Maintain high client satisfaction standards by making sure issues are properly escalated and managed through to resolution
Clearly communicates the progress of initiatives relative to the account plan and facilitates regular meetings with the President
Serve as liaison to client for all substantive communications
Proactively communicates with Finance and the client regarding accounts receivable, setting financial expectations and terms, and forecasting to ensure integrity in financial data
Collaborate with Business Development to develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients in order to sustain and grow future business
Provide accurate, timely and decisive forecasting on new sales opportunities
Manage accounts effectively through the use of client relationship management (CRM) practices
Participate in the branding and marketing of SRG Roofing

Estimating
Coordinate with Director of Operations (DOO) to determine capabilities and properly vet out new opportunities including resource allocation and utilization
Properly qualify new opportunities by collecting essential information needed to prepare the team for the scoping of work
Responsible for determining a projects schedule, scope, and budget and facilitating team members in fulfilling the specifications to meet client and company objectives
Responsible for delivering scope of work, material submittal, and bid proposal to client
Coordinate with Finance to confirm contract terms, mobilization, and credit limits are clearly understood and approved prior to contract execution
Effectively communicate the details and scope of projects to the Operations Team in order for them to carry accurately execute the scope of work

Operations
Procure and maintain state licenses as needed
Direct Pre:Construction meeting with DOO and client
Head off potential conflicts and problems before they materialize
Support DOO with effective communication including conflict resolution
Work with DOO to ensure construction activity on projects from start to finish falls within the clients expectations
Ensure quality control by establishing project objectives, plans and performance standards
Responsible for all financial projections and performance for each assigned project by controlling material, labor, and schedule adherence
Keep constant communication with the client at all phases of the project
Implement projects according to clients schedule and manage client expectations
Initiate communication and receive approval of new opportunities with the DOO
Work closely with Operations and monitor reporting through Sage and Procore as needed
Maintain regular contact with the DOO to ensure they are knowledgeable of each phase of the p
