We are looking to hire a passionate marketing leader with extensive background in B2B software/technology marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) of Thomson ReutersA? Tax and Accounting division (TRTA) the Vice President of Marketing, Corporate Segment, will have end:to:end responsibility for meeting brand and lead generation goals for the Corporate Segment : which includes large Fortune 500 through mid:market customers. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with high business acumen and significant experience leading marketing for a substantial global B2B software/technology and service business. Underpinning that experience will be a successful track record delivering on lead generation commitments by driving break:through marketing strategy leveraging a data:driven approach to forecasting and delivery against goals. The Vice President of Marketing will combine a strong strategic marketing and leadership strength with a hands on approach that keeps them close to customers, partners and the organization from top to bottom. Lead strategic annual and tactical quarterly marketing planning to ensure robust plans are in place to meet marketing sourced pipeline and revenue goals. Manage the full marketing mix, driving innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives for prospects and customers that generate profitable revenue growth and competitive differentiation. Align the marketing organization around growth, innovation and high performance by building a solid marketing foundation from technology to required strategy and execution skill sets. Evolve and continue to extend marketing communications to create efficient, high impact campaigns, events, web presence, trade participation, customer communication and PR. Collaborate with the CMO to accelerate the utilization of analytics and market research as well as customer and competitive analysis to increase the impact/return on investment of marketing efforts, along with informing overall go:to:market strategy. Transform data, observations and analysis into insights that undergird strategy, plans and initiatives as well as accelerate TRTAA?s growth and profitability in the Corporate Segment. Work closely with Product Management to evolve product positioning and market messaging. Drive go:to:market planning and campaign development to expand our footprint globally as we continually release new capabilities around the globe. Be an active, energetic participant in TRTAA?s Marketing and Corporate executive leadership teams, serving as a key interface for the marketing organization and as a strong voice of the customer. Share and leverage best practices to ensure TRTA marketing is consistently delivering world class marketing results. Qualifications BachelorA?s Degree required; MBA preferred. 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in a large, global, enterprise class B2B software and/or cloud technology businesses. Experience marketing to complex, multi:buyer corporate structures involving finance, accounting, tax, procurement and legal teams. Strong experience building and executing marketing strategies and plans that contemplate and build preference within a complex ecosystem of global MNC customers, ERP players (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) and system integ
