Overview:Day to day responsibilities for the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager include proactive management of the performance and optimization of global marketing. Identifying marketing opportunities (brands, positioning, products, segments, etc.) Providing industry, competitive and market analysis of existing and emerging market segments. Data liaison for other departments: (IT, SFDC Admin, Sales Teams/Leaders, Database maintenance, Customer Service, National Service Center) ResponsibilitiesDirect Marketing/Project Management:Point of Contact for SFDC, Data, process improvementsManage any relationships with approved vendors (list vendors, technology vendors)Understand and appropriately utilize a variety of analytics tools, techniques and data sources required to answer key business questions Reporting and Analysis:Manage all marketing reporting globallyProviding timely and accurate reporting (Weekly/Monthly)Creates Global Overview(s) by Region/Line of BusinessCustom Reports DashboardsCampaign Uploads/Creation (including de:duplication)Complete ad hoc data requests as needed Strategy:Providing analysis and decision support that drives strategic marketing solutionsDetecting emerging customer and/or market trendsDevelop conclusions and marketing implications with an independent, thoughtful point of viewProvide actionable recommendations supported by analysis, and presented in a visually compelling, clear, objective framework for business decisions Training and Documentation:Assist in documentation and process flows/improvementsAssist sales (as needed) for: training, updates, notifications and processes Qualifications:5+ years of experience in marketing and/or database managementMust have a working knowledge of database marketing disciplines including database structure and logic; an innate understanding of data processing, source history and trackingMust be analytical and have the ability to provide insights and recommendations in relation to marketing tacticsExperienced in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud productsExperienced with Email Automation (Marketo)Proficient in Excel including and understanding how to utilize pivot tables and formulasProficient in PowerPointMust be a self:starter, take initiative and have a positive attitudeMust work well within a team structure, be open to suggestions and not to be afraid to search relentlessly for support and resolution across the organizationMust be able to travelLI:123IND123GLDR
