Lead digital initiatives and develop integrated marketing programs in an effort to drive sales and guest count while maximizing marketing program efficiencies and ROI through verification.Development and implementation of 7:Eleven digital and integrated marketing and media programs.Lead the creation of insight driven digital program strategies and tactics from opportunity identification through to experience definition. To include paid media, web, mobile, social media, and emerging technology.Responsible for channel and content strategy performance, so will need to lead verification of programs with agencies.Become the subject matter expert on digital, interactive and social technology and help spread best practices among all departments.Liaise and consult with marketing managers on all interactive, mobile and social media programs along with traditional media. Work with marketing managers on category, supplier and promotion specific vendor programs to ensure all marketing initiatives have a strategic, integrated and cutting:edge digital component. Manage budget, hours and project priority. Review and negotiate project costs for incremental programs. Management of content for , 7:Eleven mobile app and CRM (email, SMS, Push). Position and maintain 7:Eleven as best:in:class digital experience provider. Balance messaging and initiatives between both web and properties. Management and oversight of 7:Eleven social media strategy and initiatives.Set strategic direction and oversee agency on daily social media management and verification.Lead social care/community management team, social listening and insights and, paid and organic content strategy and verification.Work with Marketing and Digital team to increase user base and transactions through exclusive programming, paid acquisition media and partner affiliations. Work with Digital team on implementation of future digital marketing related technology.Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree, MBA a plusExperience: 7:10+ years in Marketing, Traditional and Digital Media, Social Media, Partnership Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Promotions and Sweepstakes. Proven track record in managing external relationships with agencies, partners and vendors.Must have strong communication and organizational skills a s well as the ability to manage multiple projects to meet strategic objectives within specific time and budget guidelines.Previous experience translating customer insights into creative brief for content development and working with agencies to develop contact strategy based on insights.Requirements :strong written and oral communications, strong interpersonal skills, detail orientation, action orientation, project management skills.Previous experience translating customer insights into results driven marketing programs.Experience with Sprinklr or equivalent social management platform.
