Berkshire Hathaway Automotive is one of the nationA?s largest automotive groups, providing many opportunities for our family of employees. Berkshire Hathaway Automotive is currently seeking a Senior SEM/PPC Specialist to collaborate with our team in the management of paid digital marketing campaigns for a nationwide group of automotive dealerships. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Senior SEM specialist is to drive quality traffic to the dealership websites for the purpose of generating leads by: Managing budgets and bids for multiple platforms including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Facebook, YouTube, etc. through internal bid management tool. Building effective Facebook / Paid Search campaigns. Managing Remarketing/Display campaigns in Google Display Network and third party platforms. Conducting, measuring, and implementing the results of A/B tests for ad copy and targeting. Providing feedback regarding landing pages and display ads. Working with dealership representatives to implement new campaigns and to scale existing campaigns in to new areas of opportunity. Performing traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources / mediums. Evaluating budget levels and provide recommendations. Measuring and optimizing campaigns to meet internal KPIs. Acting as one of the resident digital marketing experts. Providing guidance, support, and training to junior SEM specialists. Communicating with dealership representatives to effectively plan and execute paid digital campaigns. Planning, preparing, and delivering digital marketing reviews. Analyze dealership business goals (increase leads, higher search visibility, specific model promotion, etc) and translate to a digital marketing proposal. Assist in evaluating potential vendors as well as pilot programs fulfilled by third party digital marketing companies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience BachelorA?s degree preferred, equivalent experience accepted (marketing, business, or technology related major preferred) Minimum of 3 years managing paid digital campaigns, 5 years preferred Current AdWords certification 1 year in a management/training/oversight capacity for a digital marketing team 1 year of account support/management with direct client communication Skills/Knowledge Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Intermediate knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs Comfortable using Google Analytics or similar analytics platform Mathematically inclined Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Benefits Competitive compensation Fast paced work environment Career growth opportunities with management potential Medical and dental coverage available after 2 month period Paid vacation 401(k) after 6 month period
