Job Description : Senior Account Administrator
The Senior Account Administrator of Southern Enterprises, Inc. (SEI) is responsible for supporting the Sales Director(s) and implementing various tasks and functions with the highest level of efficiency and accuracy. The goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximize their performance and the long lasting development of the company. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Account Administrator will also interact with merchandising, IT, accounting, operations and customer service.
Essential Functions
1. Creating and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets : some include:
a. Accounts master sheets
b. Product / pricing set up forms
c. Price changes
2. Anticipating the needs of the sales department (must be comfortable creating Excel spreadsheets using formulas, multiple tabs connected by formulas, and much more).
3. Implementation of product launches to customers which may include: completing templates, loading images : videos : and pdfs
4. Monitoring accounts websites to ensure accuracy in order to optimize sales
5. Resolving issues regarding items not being active, inventory feeds, price discrepancies, etc.
6. Crafting customized Power Point presentations
7. Maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the sales director(s)
8. Compiling and maintaining: various reports, sell sheets, price lists, etc.
9. Requests for merchandise and information when necessary
10. Creating a check and balance system to ensure precise figures
11. This position must be able to work cross functionally with Distribution Centers, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting and Senior Executives.

Preferred Education and Experience
1. Previous experience with wholesale or manufacturer.
2. Previous experience with consumer goods, a brokerage or rep company.
3. Previous sales support (sales admin) experience.
4. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
5. 4:year college degree.
