The Search Marketing Specialist will be responsible for oversite and execution of integrated search campaigns, which will include Paid Search (Pay:Per:Click) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This is a hands on role that may provide oversite of search campaigns working with agencies and support of website and other search engine optimization. A strong candidate will have 2:4 yearsA? experience in planning and reporting processes of search campaigns and will be responsible for ensuring campaign goals and objectives are exceeded. Excelling at this job will require creativity, teamwork, collaboration, and an analytical mind focused on maximizing search opportunities. Responsible for the delivery of all SEO related tasksDevelop, execute, monitor and optimize our paid and organic search strategyMonitor and report spend and performance of natural search as well as paid brand and non:brand search advertising and retargeting initiativesDevelop and maintain SEM/SEO reporting dashboards and KPIs, report on key metrics, and analyze and interpret trends demonstrating know:how of ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR and ROASSupport or manage campaigns to KPI and budget targetsIdentify areas of improvement, communicate actionable insights, and measure efficiency and effectiveness of different efforts looking at traffic, spend and ROIPerform ad hoc analysis related to member acquisitionWork closely with our external SEM and SEO agencies and internal marketing teams to develop business aligned search strategiesManage marketing tags and pixels including overall strategy, implementation and reportingMonitor keywords and conduct hands:on optimization of underperforming keywordsConduct market research to determine competitor and market influences potentially impacting our SEM/SEO strategiesPreferred BachelorA?s degree (preferred) or equivalent experienceRequires 2+ years of proven experience in search marketing, with a focus on paid and organic search.Strong understanding of search engine usage, site analytics, link building strategies and online marketing principles.Proven track record of hands:on experience with Paid Search (Adwords), Display Media and SEO programs with understanding how each fits into an overall online marketing strategyThe ability to be analytical, detail oriented and strategicExperience and or understand of Global search strategiesExperience with B2B and Consumer is a plusExperience or familiarity with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, MOZ etcTrend Micro provides equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
