Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Brief:
Founded in 1982, Para Systems, Inc. (Carrollton, TX) is a privately held corporation that manufactures the Minuteman line of Power Protection solutions for mission:critical technology.
We are looking for an aggressive outside sales representative to drive profitable sales growth and sales channel development.

Assigned Organizational Unit: Sales
Direct Reporting Responsibility: V.P. Sales and Marketing
Location: This is a headquarters position located in Carrollton, Texas, a suburb of Dallas.
Primary Duties:
Close Orders
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas
Produce profitable year:over:year sales growth
Increase Minuteman Power Technologies Market Share
Relationship Development with Manufacturers Representatives, Distributors, Resellers and End Users
Define and Execute rolling 30:60:90:Day S.M.A.R.T. Goals Plan
Build a pipeline of sales opportunities
Work with Manufacturers Representatives to drive:
: New customer development
: Sales channel expansion (Distributors and Resellers)
: Growth of Project business
Support Marketing campaigns and trade shows
: 30:60:90:Day S.M.A.R.T. Goals Plan
: Sales Forecasts
: Manufacturers Representatives Commission Report
: Travel Request Forms
: Expense Reports

: Familiarity with Basic Electricity and Beginning Electronics
: Successful Sales Experience
: Experience working with Manufacturers Representatives
: Experience working with Distributors (Ingram Micro, Synnex and Tech Data) of computer products
: Experience working with Distributors (Anixter, Accu:Tech, Communications Supply Corporation : CSC and Graybar) of data communications products
: Experience with Distributors (CED, Graybar, Rexel and WESCO) of electrical products
: Experience working with Distributors (ADI and Tri:Ed) of security products
: Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
Compensation Plan: 50,000:75,000 including Base Salary plus Bonus Incentive Opportunity
Base Salary: 50,000:year
Target Earnings at 100 of Sales Quota: 65,000
Target Earnings at 120 of Sales Quota: 75,000
Bonus Incentive Opportunity:
30 of base salary (15,000) Bonus Incentive payout at 100 of Sales Quota
50 of base salary (25,000) maximum Bonus Incentive payout at 120 attainment of Sales Quota
Bonus Incentive payout will begin once 75 threshold of Sales Quota is attained
Bonus Incentive payout will be calculated and paid monthly.
Vacation Policy: 1 : 7 years continuous service : .833 day per each completed month of service up to a maximum of 10 days per calendar year
Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift demonstration equipment (up to 50:pounds each)
Travel Requirements: 50 (two 1:week trips per month) plus assistance at trade shows as required
Work Days/Hours Required: Minimum of 40:Hours per week : Generally 8:00AM : 5:00PM
