Job Overview
As a Sales Operation Coordinator, or what we like to call a Telesales Coordinator, youll use your exceptional knowledge and passion for technology, professionalism, and selling skill to promote our products and services. Youll leverage and support national marketing campaigns to grow our business while providing the ultimate customer experience. That means impacting and improving our customers lives by delivering personalized solutions, equipping them with powerful devices, and providing recommendations as you handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, or what we like to call a Telesales Coordinator, youll evaluate our customers needs and use your selling skills to promote our products and services. Youll leverage and support national marketing campaigns to grow our business while providing the ultimate customer experience.
Place outbound calls to existing customers who are eligible for promotions, and also receive inbound calls about devices and price plans.
Win back business from former customers by influencing them about how our great products and solutions meet their unique needs.
Actively listen to customers while using company:provided tools to recommend the best solutions for them.
Grow revenue by selling products and services that fit customers needs in a non:commissioned, fast paced environment.
Build customer relationships : earn their loyalty and trust.
Be accountable for meeting sales performance and customer experience metrics.
Qualifications
Must have:
A two:year degree or one year of relevant experience.
Flexible schedule availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Better yet, youll also have:
Experience working with national campaigns contacting and qualifying prospective customers.
Demonstrated ability to sell, meet goals and multi:task to solve customers problems.
Exceptional relationship:building skills to connect with customers in a team:based, call center environment.
Comfort working in a constantly changing environment to meet customers needs.
