Job Description:/h3:
Experienced Sales People Needed
Seeking results driven account management/sales professionals with strong contacts and successful history selling merchandising display systems to major retailers and brand marketers of beauty and consumer electronics.

Purpose/Summary
Sell POP Displays, Signage, and custom Fixtures manufactured both domestically and internationally to prospective customers
Work Environment
Professional Office Environment
Frequency of Travel
Frequently (25:50 of the year)

Essential Functions
Develop new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts; initiating, developing and closing sales
Develop and maximize accounts by studying current business, interviewing key customer personnel, evaluating additional needs, and analyzing complete customer opportunities
Commitment to continual development of professional selling skills
Regular forecasting and market analysis by collecting and communicating general economic, industry and competitive information
Establish and maintain good internal and external customer relations
Prepare and maintain sales records, reports and recommendations
Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly/annual customer and prospect analysis
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications (Experience Level, Education, etc.)

High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Field preferred
3:5 years of Manufacturing Sales Experience
Must have POP, Display and/or Fixture Sales Experience: Experience with Major Beauty retailers is a PLUS
