Sales and Marketing Rotation Training (SMaRT) Program Sales and Marketing Associates will participate in an 18:24 month program in which they will learn about the information security industry, and the Trend Micro business and products while working through a rotation of sales and marketing roles within the organization. Participants will experience an enriched on:boarding process followed by two rotations in the lead team within the U.S. Marketing organization, with the first as a lead qualification representative. Progression to the second rotation will require mastery of the lead qualification representative role by achieving specific, stated performance objectives. In the second rotation, participants will work in the Lead Development Representative role. During these initial phases, participants will gain access to industry:leading sales and marketing professionals, who will provide training, insights and advising about their roles in order to help the participants discover areas in which to focus their professional development and identify potential career paths within Trend Micro. Following mastery of the Lead Development role, as measured by specific, stated objectives, each participant will have an opportunity to work in one to two additional rotations within Trend MicroA?s sales and marketing organizations. The goal of the program is to offer a unique learning and career development opportunity to entry:level employees. Sales and Marketing Associates will engage in an environment that will prepare them for future positions with Trend Micro, the global leader in cloud security. The program offers a variety of challenging assignments and opportunities to experience various aspects of the business. Each rotation will allow associates to explore new possible career paths and be prepared for a wide range of challenging positions. Rotations include (but are not limited to): Lead Qualification, Lead Development, Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Field Marketing, Channel Sales and Marketing. Upon completion of the program, Associates will be equipped with the knowledge and experience needed to grow their careers at Trend Micro.Required Qualifications:Must be ready, willing and able to start the program by June 5, 2017College graduate with BachelorA?s degree in sales leadership, marketing, business or related content area Preferred Qualifications:Intermediate to expert level Excel skillsSome experience with or other CRM databaseAbility to prioritize workload and to be self:directed in managing day:to:dayAdditional Requirements: Ability to adapt to new assignmentsStrong analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCandidates must be energetic, have a good attitude and solid work ethic.Must be able to work effectively and productively with or without direct supervision.Can resourcefully locate information about prospective customer companies and individuals online. Compensation Information:Sales and Marketing Associates will earn 35,000 per year while in the program. Additionally, Associates will become eligible for a quarterly MBO bonus equaling 15,000 per year when they begin the Lead Development Representative rotation phase.
