Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you have the opportunity to explore your entrepreneurial side. You will be engaged with inside retail sales, marketing, and business development while providing quality customer service.
Additional responsibilities of a Sales Manager include: Sales Administration xF0B7; Driving sales to meet or exceed budget
xF0B7; Executing the companys selling program xF0B7; Providing excellent customer service during and after the sale xF0B7; Maintaining awareness of competitors advertisements and services offered xF0B7; Completing assigned training and development xF0B7; Participating in company/vendor training classes to remain current on products, offerings, and programs
Store Execution
xF0B7; Ensuring assigned stores are to company standards xF0B7; Following opening and closing procedures and balancing of books xF0B7; Ensuring policies and state regulations are followed
xF0B7; Managing merchandise through verifying open orders daily, transferring merchandise, bagging floor models for transfers and/or customer pickups xF0B7; Communicating with management to keep them informed xF0B7; Assisting in the administrative functions of the store xF0B7; Completing other projects and specials assignments as requested by supervisor
Store Merchandising
xF0B7; Ensuring merchandise and POP is current and displayed appropriately xF0B7; Ensuring consistency of store pricing xF0B7; Managing the movement of damaged, discontinued, and slow moving merchandise
Candidates should possess superior communication and customer service skills. Ideal Sales Managers will have experience with inside sales, marketing, and business development.
