Reporting into the Director of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will lead our content strategy and execution for three product lines within PeopleFluent : Workforce Compliance and Diversity solutions, Workforce Planning solutions and our social collaboration solution. This key position will be responsible for developing compelling product messaging and marketing assets that initiate and accelerate sales, defeat the competition, and drive brand and category leadership. This position will leverage superior communication skills and proven B2B product marketing experience to collaborate with thought leaders, as well as product, sales and professional services teams, to create content strategies that include a broad range of sales tools, collateral assets, and engaging content for lead generation programs, websites, and social posts. Responsibilities: A: Develop and/or refine messaging and positioning for all three product lines. A: Collaborate with the other members of the marketing, sales and product teams to develop and execute integrated awareness and demand generation programs that deliver on key objectives and positively impact pipeline growth, revenue, awareness and customer satisfaction. A: Content Strategy for Demand Generation : work closely with internal and external though leaders and marketing to build a content library that supports demand generation programs including white papers, eBooks, executive briefs, infographics, and customer testimonials for generating and nurturing leads.A: Content Strategy for Sales : create sales presentations, training materials, sales kits, and collateral materials for our sales force that address communication needs at each stage of the sales cycle.A: Content Management : track and update thought leadership, product content and sales tools and manage that content on the appropriate content delivery options including the companyA?s website, intranet and customer portal.A: Sales Enablement : lead programs to ensure the sales organization is on message and using the best available sales tools, as well as play an active role in training the sales force through formal and informal means. A: Website : create engaging copy, videos, blog posts, social posts, etc., and collaborate with creative entities to produce an engaging online experience that increases lead conversion.A: Public Relations : Develop and distribute press releases and build relationships with key industry analyst and media influencers.A: Launch Management : Work in collaboration with product and sales teams to help develop and drive the product launch process for the products that you manage. A: Respond to requests from the sales team and ensure timely follow up by all related parties. A: Monitor market and industry trends and identify their impact on the company strategy. A: Other duties as assigned.
