We are the fastest growing water treatment dealer of a major name brand of 130 years with one of the best products on the market. We have now partnered with a management training/marketing company. Since the marketing campaign has been launched we are overwhelmed with leads and need excellent salespeople. Simply put we have more customers wanting our services then we can handle. We are looking to hire 3 sales professionals in the next 6 days to handle the high volume of leads we have coming in. We are interviewing now. Training begins on Wed. February 1st, 2017.

The sale takes place at the customers home during daytime and evening hours. Customers call in, request our service and invite you into their home. You help customers understand the problem they called in about and present them with our step:by:step, proven solution, which carries a bonafide lifetime guarantee. Once we install this product there is no way for them not to appreciate having clean water throughout their home, thus the stacks of recommendation letters we receive every month.

This is a business with a tested and proven track record. Our salesmen get 3 or more qualified leads a day for buyers requesting our services. Our salesperson average close rate is 40. The average sale is 7,000.00 plus per customer. The compensation works like this on the low end: 8 presentations a week, times 40 closing, times an average of 15 commission : thats 172,800 plus on only 48 weeks of work. We have people closing 60 and more and the job average fluctuates between 6,000.00 and 8,500.00. We are ONLY looking for sales professionals who MUST make at least 150k plus a year.

Based out of our offices in Grand Prairie, this position will be local to the DFW Metroplex. This position begins with training compensation and advance against commissions following the training period to get money in your pocket. Ongoing commission:only 1099 compensation is directly based on sales.
