The Technology Center is based in Dallas and hosts over 250 customer engagements annually and has a direct impact on the customerA?s selection of STI. The TITLE, Technology Center, is also responsible for event planning, project management, and working with the field and internal subject matter experts to deliver impactful and influential presentations to meet the customerA?s needs. The TITLE, Technology Center will work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and must have the ability to interact with customers and internal staff of all levels. Responsible for the customer experience at The Technology Center including:Customer ExperienceCreate and manage the Securus Technology Center Experience, including presentations, storyboards and demosConfer with customers and sales team members in all phases of their meeting/conference to ensure complete customer satisfaction, sell cycle improvement and heightened brand awarenessWork within budget to meet targets and leverage investment in the Technology Center Brand BuildingEnsure representation of the brand is consistent throughout the Technology Center presentations, demonstrations and experienceLeverage sales education and training to ensure competency and knowledge of the STI Product SetDesign, develop and implement performance expectations and objectives for your sales teams that will drive the correct behavior and enable the sales teams to exceed objectives PresentationsWrite and maintain High technology and high quality Technology Center presentations/demonstrations based on customer needsSchedule, plan and organize training and executive briefings and workshops from start to finish. Generate monthly metrics. Maximize the facility utilization.Maintain the Technology Center Calendar in Outlook. CoordinationWork with the Marketing Manager, Technology center in the daily operations of the Technology Center, TechnologyBe proficient in operating and troubleshooting the hardware/software in the Demonstration Center. Strategic InitiativesImplement and execute Corporate strategic initiatives as directedImplement and execute Technology Center Initiatives designed to drive awareness and education/knowledge of our solutions and products.
