GES offers flawless execution and superior experiential marketing services that excite and engage.The Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for executing GES sponsored Events and Exhibitions. Additionally, this role will help generate new revenue through the execution of integrated campaigns for key market segments. Overall, his/her efforts will result in greater awareness of GESA? value proposition in the marketplace, and drive new pipeline opportunities for sales. ResponsibilitiesThe GES Events Marketing Manager is an integral part of the Marketing team and is responsible for conceiving, planning and executing GESA? US Exhibits and Events. The Marketing Manager will perform pre: at: and post marketing activities that will further enhance the GES brand and create new marketing leads. The Marketing Manager optimizes lead conversions through systematic use of audience targeting, creative messaging, and optimal media placement : leveraging both digital and traditional vehicles. The Marketing Manager also works with other teams to drive qualified leads for sales. Additionally, the Marketing Manager may plan, manage and execute content such as presentations, webinars, whitepapers, videos, case studies, infographics, etc. Ability to fully measure and report on a monthly basis to understand performance and optimize future efforts of all initiatives. He/She will receive direction and oversight from the Director, however, must have the strategic ability and experience to produce work with minimum edits, but not completely overhauled.Negotiate exhibit and sponsorship contracts for 3:5 events per year. Plan, execute and measure GES participating in key industry events. Develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive incremental leads for targeted market segments and personas. Campaigns can encompass both online and offline channels and utilize digital and marketing automation to execute and measure. Utilize marketing tactics to increase the quantity and quality of new business leads, working closely with the sales team to optimize conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey. Set measurable goals for each marketing activity and campaign, and conduct ongoing analysis and reporting on all aspects of campaign performance. Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues across all departments of the organization in order to source necessary resources, as well as gain input from relevant stakeholders as required. Develop marketing collateral for Event and campaigns including video content, case studies, blog posts, articles, email marketing context and client communications. Manage multiple projects and allocate, organize and plan resources to meet agreed delivery dates. This includes working with cross:functional teams to launch development of marketing collateral and other sales enablement tools. Effectively manage and collaborate with agencies and external vendors to optimize results and return on investment.Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preferrably in MarketingKnowledge of the trade show and events industry is beneficial A minimum of 5 yearsA? experience in marketing/advertising, and experience in managing a companyA?s Exhibit programs Marketing Automation Experience (preferably Marketo) Strong ability to manage partner sponsorships and modify to enhance GES visibility and maximize spendStrong project and time management skills as well as attention to detailDemonstrates Modern Marketing skills: Social savvy, change agent, agile and always learning Experience in managing marketing budgets (planning, executing and forecasting expenses) Excellent writing skills including proper grammar, punctu
