The Marketing Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for managing, documenting and controlling the process of improving User experience across the digital stream on website and our mobile app. Marketing Enterprise Project Manager will work closely with the UX designer, Architects, and external vendor teams. This includes, independently being able to schedule meetings, create and maintain project plans, create, maintain and communicate clear project timelines, manage resource conflict and communicate project updates with technology and business partners at all levels of the organization. JOB DUTIESManage and run assigned project from initiation to closure. Be accountable for project plans, project timelines, project risk assessment and project execution. Co:ordinate and lead projects working with various departments and vendors. Write user stories based on the requirements, and translate them into task. Help define project scope and provide technical and creative inputs in the design process. Plan, organize and direct the implementation and/or development of information systems in accordance with strategic business plans on multiple large projects. Work closely with customers to provide issue resolution for products and processes. Communicate regularly with UX team, management, PMO and IT partners on and project status. Work closely with internal and external customers to facilitate project completion. Provide business rules interpretation for functional and technical specifications, system designs and documentation for business solutions. Work closely with external vendors and suppliers in support of business applications.Provide direction and mentoring to entry:level project manager.Maintain technical and functional awareness and competence of supported business applications, UX best practices and industry technology standards.Coordinate and help with migration/implementation efforts for all static and dynamic site pages from existing environment into Adobe Experience cloud platform. Assist in writing clear and concise requirements, governance and other documentation as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. OTHER IMPORTANT DUTIESMaintain technical and functional awareness within the internal and external environments. Provide Quality Assurance Testing for production implementation. Mentor and train entry:level project managers.Perform special projects as assigned/required. Preferable working knowledge defining and executing the UX strategy for customer facing digital projects. Functional knowledge of the business area or areas assigned. Full technical knowledge of systems analysis techniques.SkillsStrong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams. Ability to interpret business rules and customer requirements for the purpose of creating system and process documentation, program specifications, and project specifications. Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving and follow:up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines. Capable of relating business issues to the IT staff in an effort to achieve the necessary resolution for issues. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Ability to read and understand complex technical manuals and documentation pertaining to the operations of computer and software applications and equipment. Ability to interpret complex technical publications and diagrams, and project specifications. Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment.
