Position Description/Key Responsibilities: Build customer and market intelligence capabilities.Partner with field sales to develop lead generation goals in support of new business growth.Build lead generation strategy and ROI modeling to ensure a best in class lead gen function. Track progress against goals and recalibrate strategy and tactics as needed to meet business objectives.Serve as expert with the field, representing and counseling on marketingA?s role in customer acquisition and retention.Partner with the content team to establish a customer acquisition voice and campaign approach.Establish and reinforce corporate brand strategies and tactics (including brand guidelines and standards, multi:media channels such as web sites, tools, print materials and videos)Develop digital strategy and channels/ platforms for customer and stakeholder engagementManage, coach and develop team of product marketing and communications professionals Minimum Requirements8+ years of marketing experience including 5+ years managerial experienceCritical Skills10+ years of marketing, communications or related business experiencePeople management experience with strongcoaching and people:development skillsExperience with Salesforce, Marketo and Analytics tools to drive and navigate campaigns (Google Analytics.)Created and managed multi:media marketing channels and campaigns (including videos, marketing collateral, social media, multiple web properties (intranets, extranets) and print)Proven success moving potential prospects through the sales funnel through completion to new customersPrevious sales/field enablement experienceStrong ability to build cross:functional relationships and influence without authority across all levels and functionsAbility to travel occasionally, up to 20Additional Knowledge and SkillsDemonstrated outstanding communications skills (verbal, written and presentation skills)Excellent project management, execution and organizational capabilities with keen attention to detailDemonstrated creative, innovative thinker who isnA?t afraid of taking educated and calculated risksExperience in healthcare industry preferredProficient at managing multiple projects with tight and often competing deadlinesAbility to act independently with sound business judgment and emotiona
