We’re looking for individuals who are great on the phone – that’s where you’ll do most of your work – and are adept at working between multiple computer screens. If you’re great at meeting quotas, then you’ll thrive in this structured work environment. You’ll need at least one year of sales experience in a commission environment, and a college degree is preferred.

High School diploma required. Some College preferred. 1-3 years sales experience preferred. Flexible schedule availability (including evenings and weekends) required. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills. PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word required. Ability to analyze customer needs, present solutions and add value through delivery of products and services. The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking with minimal supervision. Prior Customer Service experience a plus. Effective negotiation and closing skills.
