One of the largest metal processors and distributors in the country is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their Customer Service Center team in the Dallas market. Key Responsibilities:
:
Identifies strategies to improve/grow sales; Generates sales through pro:active marketing.
:
Builds professional relationships with customers across multiple geographic markets; Collaborates with a variety of industries while promoting transnational sales business.
:
Responds to customer quotation requests, needs, inquiries, and
complaints/concerns; Processes customer orders and sources for items the company does not stock.
:
Works closely with territory managers, credit, inventory, warehouse operations, and other departments within the company
:
Performs other duties as assigned

Great attitude; a high:energy go:getter who works well with a team

A sales:minded customer service professional who isnt afraid to pick up the phone and make warm/cool outbound calls

Trainable and interested in career growth and development
:
Excellent communication skills (bi:lingual is a PLUS)
:
Strong relationship and rapport:development skills (with customers, co:workers, and colleagues in other service centers)
:
High School Diploma or GED is required (College degree is preferred)
:
Computer literate with strong MS office skills (AS400 and/or Salesforce experience is preferred)
:
3+ years professional work history (required); Prior customer service, sales, or call center experience (preferred)
