You will provide broad leadership to TT by aligning and co:ordinating our capability in brand strategy, innovative marketing, demand generation and digital enablement. This would involve working closely with divisional marketing teams to develop a co:ordinated marketing approach, where required, including assisting with: the acquisition of new brands; new customers; entry into new markets and growth of existing markets and customers. Brand StrategyDevelopment and implementation of TTA?s Brand strategy including building a digital presence, including further development of the Group Website.Present a brand promise and positioning to employees and partners; ensure our brand strategy is understood and followed; inspire and encourage brand advocacy; guide teams to fulfill on TTA?s brand promiseEnsure all communications and customer engagement channels align with and enhance the TT brandWork with divisional teams to develop and implement a customer and channel partner experience strategyAcquisition support and integration of A?newA? brands into the portfolioEstablish and implement aligned short:and long range Brand goals, objectives, policies and operating proceduresMarketing StrategyWorking with the divisional marketing teams, assist in developing TTA?s marketing strategy and budgets for new and existing productsOverseeing implementation of a co:ordinated Marketing strategy : including joint campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.Lead projects relating to website updates, search engine optimisation, social media and marketing automationStreamline processes and formalise procedures to enhance the ability of marketing teams to operate strategically and to improve efficiency in sharing best practice across GroupCoordination of presence at trade shows and ownership of trade show budgetsPartners with the companyA?s Sales team and divisional marketing teams; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentationsEnsuring that the joint marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.Work closely with product management team to define Group marketing materials and programs.Develop platform to monitor social media presence and customer generated content to manage brand reputation.Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and trends and identify new opportunities for business growthAssist in compiling market intelligence within market segment and country, both generic and customer specific. There is an ongoing requirement to analyse future trends and identify new opportunities for product/systems/market developmentAssist in developing a solid understanding of our competitor marketing activityLead development and implementation of a digital A?Common Body of KnowledgeA? platform to enable research, knowledge sharing, thought leadership, conference participation, coordinated event promotion and awareness development across the Group.Assist in preparation of presentations to key customers, as well as supporting TT electro
