Business Overview: This exciting role is in the Marketing Technology team within the Customer and Digital Experience organization. The MarTech team leads the development of end to end omni:channel marketing capabilities for the Consumer Bank in North America. The team also has strategic responsibility for managing the CDE marketing and deployment lifecycle; including roadmap creation, project coordination, and planning for future omni:channel marketing technology needs. Position Overview: The candidate will play a pivotal role in helping transform the technology, capabilities, platform and processes to enable the success of the North America Global Consumer Marketing Strategy. The candidate will partner with internal technology teams as well as with primary technology partners and vendors to design, develop, implement and manage new marketing platform solutions. They will also be required to partner with many groups, including Marketing, Media, Customer Experience, Decision Management, Risk, Technology, and Legal/Compliance teams to prioritize and align activities against business objectives and drive the roadmap for implementation. The candidate will be working as part of a high performing team within a culture that fosters innovation, is results driven and is inspired to push the boundaries to deliver creative, exciting new MarTech solutions. The successful candidate will: Have a strong POV on the marketing technology landscape and help draw out the roadmap for CitiA?s North America MarTech stack. Use their knowledge and experience to craft the identity management solutions and formulate tactics to improve omni:channel, cross device reach. Understand DMP and DSP capabilities with the goal of identifying the best solutions per CitiA?s digital Strategy. Experience with audience targeting and optimization. Pitch innovative MarTech/AdTech solutions for on:site and off:site deployment of CitiA?s marketing campaigns, and be able to deliver/execute against this vision. Understand the big picture, conceptualize complex technology solutions, lead architectural design sessions on behalf of the business and manage large cross:functional teams of both internal and external partners focused on solution design, development and implementation for omni:channel marketing.
