The purpose of this role is to improve customer experiences with the digital touchpoints of the nonprofit and increase the effectiveness at growing the organization using digital channels. The role will be instrumental in synthesizing large sets of data and communicating trends and insights back into the business to guide strategic decisions. This role will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data and developing marketing insights and optimization recommendations for digital properties and communications. Primary Responsibilities: Exhibit a high degree of pro:activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website. Lead creation and completion of multivariate and A/B testing and post:test analysis. Lead development of senior management dashboards. Develop appropriate tagging strategy to capture the necessary KPIs and metrics and verifies accurate data collection. Build relationships and work with cross:functional teams and clients. Understand data layer implementation on new sites and pages across website properties. Qualifications/ Experience: Bachelors degree is required. A minimum of three years experience working in digital analytics experience. Strong experience with Google Analytics. GAIQ certification preferred. Experience with Google Tag Manager, able to add and modify tags within tag managers with supervision. Experience with A/B testing and related tools including Optimizely, Google Website Optimizer.
