Position Summary (Purpose of job)
Were looking for a passionate, creative and motivated data:driven marketer, who is seeking a challenging yet rewarding role with one of the most loved food brands in American Culture today. This role requires strategic thinking, strong attention to detail, a strong sense of creativity, and extreme comfort working in a data driven environment.

The Customer Segment Manager is responsible for all customer segment group research including extracting customer data and analyzing profiles to determine market segment strategies. This role develops targeted product offerings and marketing campaigns for each of our defined customer segments.

Essential Functions
:
Leveraging consumer profile data, define distinct strategies for each consumer segment that can be brought to life across Taco Buenos marketing channels
:
Bring to life and effectively communicate Taco Buenos value proposition to all consumer segments to enable sales growth, increased profitability and enhanced customer experience and loyalty
:
Collaborate with cross functional marketing partners to ensure alignment on strategies and ensure seamless execution of product launches and promotions across all marketing channels
:
Leverage data and customer insights, market trends, product trends, competitive trends, syndicated data and research to identify new growth opportunities for each segment
:
Develop communication and promotional plans that drive sales and engagement within each segment. Partner with internal integrated marketing team and external agencies to ensure flawless execution of the objective
:
Analyze project performance and company impact to drive insights and make recommendations to improve performance
:
Manage appropriate marketing budgets

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
:
Experience 1:3 years of experience in data marketing required.
:
Previous experience in food marketing is preferred
:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance is required
:
Proven success combining creative thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to create powerful consumer solutions and programs on time, within budget, and in support of strategic goals and objectives
:
Strong analytical skills including a foundation for executing data:driven closed loop marketing campaigns with demonstrable ROI
Physical Demands
:
Position requires walking; must be able to stand and exert well:paced mobility for up to 8 hours or more. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task
Travel
:
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out:of:the:area and overnight travel may be expected
