Highgate maintains corporate offices in London, New York, Dallas, and Seattle.Full:TimeThis position assists the Controller in all accounting responsibilities related to a portfolio of companies and principalA?s personal holdings.Assists Controller in accounting, financial reporting and controllership functions for HCI entities and principalA?s personal holdingsAssists with timely preparation and issuance of complete and accurate monthly and annual financial statementsAssists as necessary in the creation of annual budgets, and monthly variance analysesReview, approval, and processing of disbursementsPreparation of wire transfers and other items as required.Preparation of monthly reconciliations for cash accounts and other GL reconciliations as needed.Ensures adherence to Standard Accounting Policies and Procedures and internal controls for our accounting operationsSuccessful completion of internal and external financial audits, including delivering information requested by auditors on a timely basisPreparation of any special reports, statements, etc., as requestedOther special projects and responsibilities, as assignedMinimum of three years experience Relevant accounting experienceBachelors Degree in Accounting requiredStrong PC skills including Excel and Word. Oracle Cloud ERP experience preferred.Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work overtime as necessary to complete assigned tasks.
