A national independent RIA firm is seeking an energetic and goal:oriented Data Analysis Intern or full time employee aspiring to work with a close:knit team focused on changing how wealth management is done in this country. This role will provide direct assistance to marketing and sales driven teams to help guide their initiatives.

As an important member of United Capital Financial Advisers, Inc., the Marketing Support Specialist supports Dallas Managing Directors and Senior Financial Advisers.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communications skills, great client service skills, and have strong desire to organize. Must be a pro:active, confident person with a can:do attitude, have good time management skills and be flexible in a fast paced and changing environment.
This position requires a flexible and detail oriented individual, with a proactive approach and the ability to independently carry out the duties of the position. The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards, good judgment and an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. The ability to effectively manage time and multi:task with attention to detail is critical to this role.

Responsibilities
Assist Managing Directors and Senior Financial Advisers with preparing marketing materials for prospective clients.
Ensure all marketing materials are prepared in timely and extremely accurate manner
Help Prepare preparing investment proposals using models provided by Managing Directors and Senior Financial Advisers
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure brand voice and compliance regulations
Assist in documenting and creating procedures for marketing to prospective clients
Research potential new markets
Actively update client and prospect records in Salesforce
Provide weekly updates of activity and progress
Monitor LinkedIn Sales Navigator as well as other digital marketing leads
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business is strongly preferred but not required
Must be available immediately
Proficient in MS Excel
Must be organized and detail oriented
Previous LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SalesForce experience a plus
Ideal candidate should have
Strong quantitative skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Fastidious attention to detail is a MUST in this position
Ability to prioritize daily tasks and strong attention to detail
Time management and multi:tasking skills
