Partsmaster (a division of NCH) is seeking our next Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team by supporting our strategic recruiting practices and communicating our brand and growth story to the external candidate community. This role is part of the Human Resources team partnering closely with our Senior Vice President of Sales. Partsmaster is a division of NCH Corporation, a leading provider of industrial goods since 1919. Partsmaster offers thousands of solutions through numerous product lines developed especially for maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) applications. Because of our history and structure, we offer the support of a large company while extending the opportunity for each sales representative to manage individual accounts and territories.

Responsibilities :

:Screen, interview and select candidates to refer to appropriate hiring managers based on core competencies for sales position
:Develop new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting/sourcing for sales positions nationwide (social media, employee referrals and other proactive recruiting sources)
:Serves as a talent advisor and lead multiple strategic priorities related to sales recruiting, employment brand initiatives and marketing efforts related to building talent communities
:Partner with HR to manage on:boarding and other new hire processes
: Manage and maintain internal job posting process as well as the interview process in compliance with OFCCP
:Participate in and attend job fairs, networking events as a means to develop a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet high volume hiring needs and business initiatives
:All other duties as assigned

Skills :
:Bachelors Degree preferred
:1:3 years professional work experience
:Ability to hit aggressive goals in a self:driven environment
:Strong communication, organizational and assessment skills; must be able to build strong relationships with the Senior Sales Management team
:Strong technical skills (including internet research and social media : i.e. Linked In)
