Physician Administration Coordinator This position serves as intermediary between all urgent care physicians, and other physician administrative coordinator in all markets and the service line. Develops methods for organizing, reporting and communications of service line and market roles. Coordinates and tracks physician hiring process and employment agreement status. Coordinates hiring and contract status with all parties. Tracks physician PTO and bonus criteria and coordinates timely submission. Responsible for training and oversight for other coordinators in larger markets. Assists CMO with provider communications, organizing meetings and tracking physician performance incentive criteria. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops tracking and status update process and methodologies, communications and reporting cadence for new physician hiring, employment agreement status, quarterly bonus criteria, medical director incentive criteria and other duties as outlined below. Train and implement process and methodologies with market coordinators on processes above. Hold market coordinators responsible and accountable for accurate and timely submissions. Monitor and track new physician hiring process Monitor and track physician employment agreement status and remove barriers where possible. Coordinate physician hiring and onboarding with physician recruiter, market managers and local HR staff. Track physician quarterly bonus criteria and conditions and timely submission. May assist market in developing and tracking. Monitor and track future market Peer Review Programs, licensures, etc. Oversee larger market physician coordinators and provide training. Assists CMO with physician written and other communications. Assists CMO with organizing and tracking market level provider meetings. Organizes quarterly meetings with market medical directors Tracks market medical director performance incentive criteria. Assist markets with float physicians. Coordinate onsite interviews with physicians in DFW office. Perform other and back up administrative duties as assigned. Assists Chief Medical Officer in daily functions of administrative services as needed. Manage and track physician CME/License reimbursements through Concur and oversee market requests for reimbursement. Assists Markets in setting up tracking of PTO/CME requests Oversee and ensure the Physician Handbook and Memo’s are being maintained and updated.
