Job Description:/h3:
The Marketing Associate (MA) will help support Lightbeams brand development, lead generation, event management and sales support. The MA will assist in both planning and executing marketing activities; some of which will be led independently. Daily tasks include building and launching online and offline campaigns, crafting and curating content for our digital channels, qualifying leads for the sales team and maintaining data integrity within Lightbeams sales CRM.
Additionally, the Marketing Associate will assist in other administrative responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities Include
:Work closely with the Director of Marketing, supporting the sales team and enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and leads
:Maintain, grow and trend Lightbeams social media presence
:Support administration of Lightbeams CRM (Salesforce)
:Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
:Help draft, edit and deliver internal and external communications (brochures, newsletter, sales slicks, case, studies, email campaigns, etc...)
:Coordinate and support Lightbeams internal and external events
:Help develop and deliver marketing strategy for new and existing products
:Support the overall global marketing strategy
