Responsible for assisting with the management of daily activities of assigned COPC health clinics and/or programs with regard to administrative, clinical, and business operations.
:Must have a Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a Social Services field.
:Must have three years of experience in an ambulatory setting.
:May have an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of specific education and/or experience as stated above.
:Must have Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) course certification for IS:700.A: National Incident Management System (NIMS) An Introduction by May 8, 2014 or obtain within 30 days of placement in role whichever date is greater.
:Must have Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) course certification for IS:100.HCB: Introduction to the Incident Command System (ICS 100) for Healthcare/Hospitals by May 8, 2014 or obtain within 30 days of placement in role whichever date is greater.
:Must have Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) course certification for IS:200.HCA: Applying ICS to Healthcare Organizations (ICS 200) by May 8, 2014 or obtain within 30 days of placement in role whichever date is greater.
Must have current CPR:Heartsaver course completion card from one of the following:
oAmerican Heart Association
oAmerican Red Cross Rescuer
oMilitary Training Network.
Skills or Special Abilities:
:Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
:Must be detail oriented and have good organization skills.
:Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of personal computers.
:Must be able to utilize word processing and spreadsheet software.
:Must be familiar with medical/hospital environment.
:Must have skills of diplomacy when working with community representatives and contributors.
:Must be able to demonstrate supervisory skills and techniques.
