POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Recruiter and Military Program Manager, under direct supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition, holds two primarily responsibilities. The first focus is full cycle recruitment of property management positions within an assigned region or regions. Advising stores, team and leaders on strategies and tools that acquire top talent for our properties. Knows how to balance heavy sourcing and searches with high level meetings and projects. The second focus is on our Military and Veterans Recruitment programs. By using a blend of virtual and face:to:face engagement to maintain and improve upon existing relationships within the business, identifying opportunities for transitioning military talent and building the knowledge base necessary for the business to assess transitioning military talent on equal footing with their civilian competition. Remain abreast of the current regulatory requirements and enabling legislation, and provide expert advice on the best approach to remain compliant, while attracting the most diverse pools of qualified candidates. Work closely with EC Champion, Department Champions, key Leaders, and Regional HR Teams to assess and identify areas of opportunity and create baseline goals.
