This position will be responsible for supporting the Field Sales organization by managing, maintaining, updating the Sales Force CRM platform. The Salesforce Administrator is part of our Information Servicesteam that supports and develops applications for client tracking andreporting. This position is the liaison between management,Information Services, Strategic Planning and Analysis, and theusers of database applications. (S)he troubleshoots and works withend:users to insure that applications meet their needs and keeppace with changes in program operations, policies and/orproceduresSales ProductivityMaintain sales results by rep/am, team, region, segment, product and account. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and YOY analysis. Maintain Activity results by rep/am, team, region, segment, product and account. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and YOY analysis. Consolidating weekly forecast data; providing forecast analysis to guide sales strategy, gap analysis and closure plans, implementation and support planning and requirements, and projected impact on EBITDA. Compare historical forecast data to develop trend analysis to anticipate potential gaps or overachievement. Provide sales analytics support to each team/division for forecasting deal closure, SFA reporting, field rep communications and deal strategy with MarketingPerform ad:hoc sales analysis as directed Commission Desk Assist the Senior Vice President, Sales and the Director of Sales Operations in the design, administration and enforcement of the 2016 Compensation PlanHelp facilitate and resolve day to day compensation issues by working with and coordinating the efforts of the field Sales Executives, Finance, Marketing and HR Industry:Telecommunications, Software, Managed Services or Financial Services Functional:3:5 years as an account manager or quota carrying sales rep5:10 years as a program manager, implementing initiatives and programs across multiple lines of businessA?multiple constituenciesImplemented financial processes to accurately track and document results, trending and areas of concern.Budget and expense management at the field level, the Segment level and the Global levelHas created financial models and budgetsHas established guidelines, policies, and procedures to improve operating efficiency in sales productivity, expense reporting, forecasting, and revenue sourcingAdditional:High level of analytical ability and accuracy, strong Excel skills, with particular focus on modeling and the use of advanced spreadsheet features Excellent interpersonal and communication skills EducationBachelorA?s degree MBA
