The A?Sales Strategy Manager, Revenue CycleA? is responsible for supporting and driving both short and long term sales / business development strategies and initiatives in support of Surgical Care AffiliatesA? (SCA) Revenue Cycle Services revenue growth objectives. This is a sales and business development role focusing on growing SCAA?s revenue cycle service offerings usage with new clients. The ideal candidate will have a combination of both healthcare revenue cycle experience and business development experience. This position will be located on:site in one our regional offices, in either Dallas, Chicago (Deerfield, ILL), Indianapolis, or Birmingham, AL. SCA, or Surgical Care Affiliates, owns and/or provides management services to over 200 ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, and hospital surgery departments. We do this in partnership with approximately 2,800 physicians and in affiliation with 105 health systems. This makes us an exciting place to work, with a real vision of the future. Within SCA, our outsourced revenue cycle services include coding and business office services including medical billing, insurance verification, collections, and account resolution. The A?Sales Strategy Manager: Revenue CycleA? will help identify, evaluate and analyze sales and business development opportunities within and outside of SCA. This will include partnering across internal business groups such as Coding Operations, Business Office Operations, Clients Services and Finance. The Manager will be integral to increasing sales and marketing campaign effectiveness by leveraging analytics and developing unique messaging around value propositions. The A?Sales Strategy Manager, Revenue CycleA? will report directly to the Manager of Financial Operations but will also provide regular updates to the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle regarding wins, losses, challenges, and needs relating to the sales/new business development of SCAA?s revenue cycle services. For more information on SCAA?s and our revenue cycle office (RCO) services, Job Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and leading the sales strategy for SCAA?s outsourced revenue cycle services, including coding and business office services (inclusive of insurance verification, billing, collecting, cash posting and account resolution).Manages the target pipeline and works across the organization to ensure that budgeted sales targets are achieved.Partners with Revenue Cycle leadership and Client Services team to identify sales targets, both within and outside of SCAA?s facility network.Develops the customized marketing materials required to win each deal, including metric based assessments of existing revenue cycle operations and current cost to collect. Participates in the sales process, alongside Revenue Cycle Leadership and Client Services team, to ensure that deals progress towards closure and to measure milestone timeframes.Responsible for managing the Revenue Cycle sales process across SCA Partner extensively within the Revenue Cycle team, including finance, integration, client service, coding and billing office leadership, to develop compelling sales proposalsManage the day:to:day sales development efforts required to close deals, ensuring that all stakeholders do what is required on a timely basisDevelop sales and marketing content as needed to communicate to SCA and site leadership Communicate regularly throughout all levels of the organization, including RVPs and Physician PartnersPartner extensively within the Revenue Cycle team, including finance, integration, client service, coding and billing office leadership, to develop compelling sales proposalsProvide regular updates to the SVP of Revenue Cycle regarding wins, losses, challenges and needsTracking and reporting around key sales statistics, including win rate, deal status, time to close, and others Requirements:3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle / patient accounting experience, fluent knowledge
