Supports the Director of Human Resources and Assistant Director of Human Resources with other aspects and functions of the department in accordance with Hotel standards.Conduct all pre:screening of line/Management position applicants to include administering the Predictive Index and ability to explain to Management CandidateCreate and place recruitment advertisements in appropriate news media with EOE,M/F/D/VCompletes reference checks on those applicants whom the hotel has identified as potential associatesEnsure the Drug Testing Policy is adhered to for positions that require drug testing only(refer to SOP)Ensure completion of I:9 forms:Make sure all is correctly entered into ULTIPRO under the I:9 sectionDevelop Networking contacts:Use job fairs with UNT, North Lake and Brookhaven etc(refer to contacts) in U DriveImmigration Law and Corporate Policies followed:Make sure all documentation is up to dateDevelop and maintain Open Employment Report:make sure it is posted weekly or as neededMaintain job requisition and associated logs.Ensure all P.I.F.s have the appropriate signature for processinMaintain all job posting programsEnsure monthly turnover reportConducts exit interviews for all terminating associates and ensures final clearance and pay check distributionParticipates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resource DepartmentBachelorA?s Degree or Equivalent1: 2 years experience recruiting line level associatesManagement level recruiting experience preferredHuman Resources management experience required (training, benefits...)Hotel experience strongly preferredExcellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, AccessMust be highly organized and detail orientedExperience working with different agencies and recruiters preferred
