Company: G6 HospitalityThe Operations Support Coordinator reports to the Operations Support Manager and is responsible for providing routine and specialized functions to Operations. The individual provides administrative duties such as investigating problems, compiling data, budgeting, developing spreadsheets, preparing reports, processing invoices, creating presentations, and supporting field:impacting projects. . Be central collecting point for requests to the organization :corporate requests and follow up on project deadlines, etc.Responsible for managing and tracking certain operations team member expense reportsSchedule and manage meeting agendas for operational meetings and calls : forums, convention, team builds, regionalPrint and distribute birthday/anniversary cards to the RDO/RVP/SVPA?s for monthly recognition/milestonesTrack and report all vacation and personal time used by DOA?s and aboveHelp organize brand initiatives and projects as necessary Download and track DO business review forms in FranconnectPrepare and assist with operational presentationsSchedule and track Franchisee MIT trainingAct a liaison between vendors and properties on brand level projects Split and process chain invoices (answering service, safety answering line, etc.).Guest Certificate requests and tracking Maintain and update Operation alignment documents, Do Not Rent List ReportTracking of closed locations archive processIT support Heat ticket escalations Provide Guest Relations support to franchisees and Directors of OperationsExtranet/Intranet document managementRespond to Franchise hotline calls/ Operations callsReporting and tracking of Franchise Employee Relations Hotline Update of SOP and Operations manualsManage Motel 6 and Studio 6 global email distribution listsAll other duties as needed or requiredJOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability on a consistent basis to: Communicate and collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, Team Members, and Franchisees (written and verbal) Exhibit a Heart for ServiceDemonstrate an ability to multi:task, prioritize, and execute the workload Possess the ability to perform in a fast:paced environment Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills.
