The Leader In Development (LID) program is a management training program directed to entry level candidates with a BachelorA?s Degree (or equivalent) to develop management skills by training them in all aspects of Human Resources, to include: associate recruitment, selection and on:boarding, safety and security programs, associate development programs, associate relations, associate counseling and benefits administration. The person selected will spend a portion of his/her time working in other departments of the hotel. This position is intended to last for 12:14 months so candidates must be able to relocate upon completion of the program.Provides comfortable and hospitable reception to all associates upon entrance to the ASC offices.Assist with compliance.Makes appointments and maintains calendar for Managers within the Department.Monitors and answers phones within 3 rings and professionally handles all phone inquiries.Monitors and maintains Associate Programs to include: birthday and anniversary listings and cards, ASC bulletin boards, OSC and other postings as appropriate.Participate in planning and execution of associate events.Provides administrative and technical support to the HR Director, Assistant Director of HR, HR Manager and Benefits Manager.Responsible for special projects as directed by the HRD or Assistant Director of anize and order all office supplies, including nametags, OSC and Power of One cards.Processes purchase orders.Files and maintains all Associate records, ensuring compliance with HR SOPs and legal requirements.Prepares memos and other correspondence, including employment verifications, in a timely manner.Collects, distributes and sorts internal/external office mail and clears Suggestion Box(es) weekly.Prepares monthly training and events calendar and quarterly newsletter.Tracks and updates expiring I9A?s monthly.Maintains clean, organized Associate internet stationMaintains adequate par level for New Hire Orientation plies with the 4 Star ASC Criteria. Maintain 4 Star rating as required by Omni Hotel Company.Assists with conducting pre:screenings and reference checks of potential plies all terminated associates files and ensures Exit Interview documentation is completed for term files.10 Hour Contract Concentration on a weekly basis.Must have a bachelors (4 year college) degree, preferably in Human Resources or Hospitality. Candidates with a Human Resources or Hospitality associates degree and a minimum of two years hotel experience, to include a position in human resources department, may also be considered. Previous Human Resources experience, to include internships or employment, is strongly preferred.Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed.Previous experience in high customer contact environment; with previous experience answering customer questions and handling customer concerns.Must possess the ability to multi:task in a busy environment, follow through successfully on guest requests, ensure guest satis
