At RealManage, we are always getting better.The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and recordkeeping. Will manage all benefits plans for the company, including health benefits and 401 (k). HR Generalist will be the employeesA? first point of contact for human resources matters. HR Generalist will manage attendance, vacation and leave for employees of the company. HR Generalist may also perform open enrollment, new hire orientations, exit interviews and company training events. HR Generalist may perform payroll functions. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.Benefits Administration: entering enrollments, terminationsKnowledge of benefit plans, rules and regulations, COBRAKnowledge of HR rules: ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etcExperience in benefits evaluation and administration of open enrollment for multiple locationsStrong organizational skillsAble to meet deadlines for payroll, billing, corporate accounting, etc.Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a necessity (Excel, Word)Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clientsFriendly and professional demeanorPayroll experience preferredCollege degree preferred
