Company: G6 HospitalityPOSITION SUMMARY: The primary mission of this position is to (1) perform all ecommerce system administration tasks; (2) help make the web:based ecommerce application increasingly more useful and efficient; (3) coordinate and cooperate with G6 Hospitality Training Department and G6 University for training materials.The ecommerce application (G6 Marketplace) is the primary tool for G6 Hospitality brands, to make their operating supplies and FF and E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) purchases, and provides a tool for measurement of compliance by making it easy to make purchases through the companyA?s nominated suppliers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:The individual occupying this position must be able to perform essential job functions set forth below with or without reasonable accommodation.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Ecommerce AdministrationThis document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the individual occupying this position. This is a representative list of the general duties, and it is not intended to be all:inclusive.Providing ecommerce administration support, expertise and for internal customers and Procurement Department Manage and coordinate the implementation of all custom features and integrations.Provides online catalog support and training to the Procurement Department and the suppliers.Test and monitor implementation of custom features, including recommendation of such featuresSet up new users, maintain current users, and adjust users and workflows as per continuous re:alignments effected by brand:operations personnel.Manage supplier and Location closeoutsPromote intra:departmental awareness to ensure use of the G6 Marketplace.Work with G6 Hospitality IT Helpdesk, Desktop Services and IT Development with issues (i.e. log:in access). Monitor and resolve issues with regard to all active system interfaces between G6 Marketplace and G6 Hospitality IT systemsCoordinate with other departments and G6 Marketplace supplier for resolutions to change orders, receipts, and invoices issues.Document business requirements for required application custom features and interfaces/integrations with G6 Hospitality ERP and legacy applications. TrainingWork with G6 University Training Team and third:party vendors to assist in the creation, maintenance and updates of web:based training tools Conduct user training for operations personnel, corporate users and suppliers Vendor ManagementCoordinate with suppliers for purchase orders; punch out catalogs etc. from the G6 Marketplace into vendor systems.Assist with punch out catalog user and access set up, and resolution of all punch out connectivity issues Other ResponsibilitiesCreate and distribute reports, as required, by the Procurement Department, Corporate Departments and Operations.Assist in the development and maintenance of internal and external web sites and web:pagesManagement of increases in overall capture of the purchasing volumes of assigned commodities and services.
