Primary Objective of Assistant manager position:
Under the supervision of the General Manager/ Operating Partner, he or she will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the entire scope of the establishment.  Specific duties include (but not limited to):
Manages and mentors employees my promoting a positive work environment and always leads by example
Deliver superior guest satisfaction
Builds relationships with the guest through community involvement and sales building practices
Promotes and supports the CPC brand and culture
Adheres to all local health code requirements and maintains a clean and organized work environment
Manages Profit and Loss statement
Manages Food cost by ensuring CPC recipes and processes are being followed

Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas; close at 3pm on Christmas Eve.
1-2 years full service, restaurant management experience
Experienced in a scratch kitchen
True passion for food and hospitality
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required; Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
Is able to physically participate in a fast paced environment in day to day front/back of house operations for periods of up to 12 hours a day
Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift. At times it might be necessary to lift up to 50 lbs.
S/he must be able to safely operate kitchen equipment and have the ability to use knives appropriately.
