We offer competitive compensation packages, full medical coverage, 401k matching and so much more Come be a part of a unique vision and company The Manager, Employee Health and Wellness is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating anintegrated strategy to promote employee health, engagement and connection to the companyA?s values. Thisposition will design and implement education programs and materials that are designed to promote theunderstanding of factors that may lead to illness, as well as factors which may enable a person to attain ormaintain a healthy lifestyle. Also responsible for conducting new hire orientations and serving as companyambassador. Coordinate all site:based health promotion and wellness activities Employee Recognition Programs Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with community organizations Develop and implement employee engagement programs and strategies to promote the companyA?s brand Build partnerships and relationships across the company to help drive the employee engagement agenda Conduct new hire orientations Propose innovative approaches and solutions to engage employees and bring excitement and new experiences aligned with company culture and brand Interview and contract with internal and external health promotion and wellness professionals and vendors to provide health education/promotion seminars that meet the standards and objectives of the company Perform data collection and analysis to track participation, participant feedback: and health risk outcomes Develop, implement and manage employee safety program Collaborate with compliance and legal team for new hire and compliance training Provide expertise and assistance in areas such as: Fitness, nutrition, blood pressure monitoring, cholesterol testing, stress management, principles of behavior change Develop, coordinate, manage and maintain total well:being programming to reduce health risk, medical costs and encourage healthy lifestyles Monitor annual budget, including projected program and promotional expenses Facilitate site:based wellness meetings Perform other duties as assignedEducation/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. BachelorA?s degree is preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel Strong interpersonal communication skills Superior customer service skills with the ability to motivate others Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Required Licenses/Certifications: Current driver license with proof of automobile insurance Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Talking and hearing Frequent standing, stooping and walking Repetitive movement of fingers and hands Clarity of vision at 20 feet or less Mental Requirements: Read, evaluate and interpret data Perform mathematical functions Determine time, place and sequence of actions to be taken Alliance Family of Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer
