Sodexo Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Bar/ Beverage Support Manager to join our team This position would be based out of Dallas, TX with responsibility for 40 private airline member club locations nationwide. Estimated travel is 50, overnight travel is required. As the Bar/Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the beverage program for a premier national airline club account. Responsibilities include ensuring beverage recipe knowledge is in place and execution and production of bar recipes is flawless throughout the club portfolio, developing processes to ensure standards are met or exceeded. You will be the subject matter expert on all spirits, wines and beers served, and will impart your knowledge to the staff in each club through ongoing training. You will plan, organize and oversee a comprehensive training plan, including training on developing superior customer service and sales skills. You will be expected to stay abreast of new trends and transfer that knowledge to the team. You will also make presentations to our airline clients on program progress and suggestions for continuous improvement. The best qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years bartending and 2 years beverage training experience, with the demonstrated ability to impart knowledge and increase performance levels, communicate with team members at all levels, and motivate and elevate their current skillsets.
