Chem:Aqua : Marketing Administrator
Chem:Aqua is the wholly owned water treatment subsidiary of NCH Corporation, a privately owned specialty chemicals, maintenance supplies, and services company with 1 billion in annual sales. We need experienced talent for our growing water treatment business.
The Marketing Administrator will report to our VP of Technology and Marketing. This individual will work closely with the technical marketing and engineering teams to provide administrative support for related programs.

:Manage and coordinate trade show materials (i.e. booths, banners, etc.) and activities (registration, travel, advertising, payments, etc.).
:Maintain inventory of promotional materials and novelties
:Establish literature order quantities and approve backorder requests
:Support preparation of Chem:Aqua labels, affiliate water treatment Labels, and tech sheets
:Assist with scheduling and travel arrangements for engineering and technical teams.
:Assist with corporate office and departmental shipping requests.
:Assist office administrative team with backup phone coverage
:Collaborate with technical marketing and engineering team to improve processes, documentation, literature, and collateral material.
:Other projects and administrative duties as assigned by manager.
:Associate or Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, but not required
:Minimum of 1:3 years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
:Project oriented with ability to prioritize and complete projects on a timely basis while working with multiple deadlines
:Good command of English with editing, proof reading, and writing skills
:Good organizational skills
:Team player that can adapt to the Chem:Aqua culture and needs of department
