The Corporate Recruiter will join the Chem:Aqua team to support our strategic recruiting practices and communicate our brand and growth story to the external candidate community.

:Perform full life:cycle recruiting for our Chem:Aqua services, service technicians, and sales positions.
:Develop new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting including online networking and initiating contact of candidates.
:Work with Senior Chem:Aqua Services and Sales Management teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies, including social media, employee referrals and other proactive recruiting sources.
:Screen, interview and select candidates to refer to appropriate hiring managers based on core competencies for sales position.
:Manage advertisements and posts in appropriate media and social networking sites to attract candidates for the Chem:Aqua services, service technicians, and sales positions.
:Serves as a talent advisor and lead multiple strategic priorities related to College Recruitment, Employment Brand initiatives and Digital Marketing efforts related to building talent communities.
: Manage and maintain internal job posting process as well as the interview process in compliance with OFCCP.
:Participate in and attend job fairs, networking events as a means to develop a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet high volume hiring needs and business initiatives.
:Run background checks, E:verify, and reference checks on candidates
:All other duties as assigned.
:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
:1:3 years of successful high volume services, technical, or sales recruiting experience required
:Strong internet research skills required
:MUST have proven success identifying creative sources, and attracting passive job seekers.
:MUST have strong communication, organizational and assessment skills; MUST be able to build strong relationships with the Senior Sales Management team
:Understanding of full:cycle recruitment processes
:Ability to hit aggressive goals in a self:driven environment
