The IT Project Management Analyst is primarily responsible for fulfilling the reporting and data analysis needs of the IT PMO (Project Management Office), facilitating its project intake process, and maintaining the central project repository. The vision of the IT PMO is to support a consistent, enterprise:wide approach to project management in order to maximize the efficiency and predictability of project delivery and ensure alignment with company strategy and organizational goals. The mission of the IT PMO is to partner with NeoviaA?s IT teams and business departments to facilitate governance of IT projects and provide project management standards, repeatable processes, and tools.Produce PMO reports including comprehensive project portfolio reports and dashboards to gauge performance to metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).Facilitate the PMO project intake process including definition of project scope and estimates, and development of project charters.Support individual projects when requested. Maintain data in the project repository to keep it up to date and accurate.Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with PMO processes.Provide project management support to projects (as needed).Support reporting and presentation for major projects and IT enterprise needs.Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and tangible outputs. Rely on industry standards, best practices, and qualitative and quantitative data to support and/or refine operations methodologies. Perform other responsibilities as assigned, including overnight and potential international travel.BachelorA?s degree in science or business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience related to project management, with one or more of those years producing PMO reports and dashboards.Minimum of 1 year experience developing project charters, business cases, and/or proposals.Experience with project management tools preferred.Skills and Competencies:Skilled in compiling and aggregating data into high:quality reports.Skilled in defining project objectives, deliverables, and estimates.Basic working knowledge of PMO processes.Proficiency in the MS Office product suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization, and with external vendors and regulatory agencies. Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to shift approaches based on audience.Ability to communicate complex issues/solutions in a manner that is easily understood and actionable despite the audience. Critical thinking abilities using fact:based troubleshooting skills. Ability to perform well within a fast:paced, deadline:driven environment that requires the management of multiple projects at once, without compromising quality and service levels.Ability to maintain confidentiality of extremely sensitive data at all times.Must have the ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently, have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and pay specific attention to details.Neovia Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
