This position focuses on Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities supporting IT projects for 7:Eleven. The successful candidate will work with cross:functional teams to identify OCM opportunities and engage in the planning and execution of these work efforts, including organizational readiness, organizational alignment, stakeholder management, communications and training. This position will report to the Organizational Change Manager for IT.Creation and execution of organizational change management plans on all assigned projects Understand, analyze, and validate the change management needs of business and technology stakeholdersContinuously develop knowledge of business processes in order to assist in identifying change management opportunities within IT projects. Analyze trends, best practices and current status of assigned projects to ensure that the disruption of normal business operations is minimized and the speed to adoption is optimized.Leverage business and OCM knowledge to proactively identify training and communications opportunities. Assist in the successful planning and implementation of these efforts, with accuracy and adhering to project deadlines.Act as an A?agent of changeA? to support the use of OCM best practices, procedures and methodology across the IT organization, as well as the continual improvement of ITA?s OCM program.Maintain rigorous check points while constantly and consistently ensuring projects stay on time, within budget and meet quality standards.Ensure proper OCM status reporting throughout the life of the project.May coordinate work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and need to balance competing priorities and deadlines.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to assess project risks and issues related to OCM and identify resolution/ action plans.Education: Bachelors/ 4 Yr Degree or relevant work experienceWork Experience: Minimum 2:4 years of Organizational Change Management or related career experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Self:motivated, results:driven team player who can work independently with minimal direction.Highly organized and detail orientated, with the ability to manage work across multiple projects in a fast:paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency and experience in use of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)Experience in retail environment preferred, but not required.Aptitude for learning and understanding new technologies and business processes.Experience with communication and training plans, including development and ternal Posting Period: April 24 : May 5.
