POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible of projects management for the HotelKey environment. This includes mobile device administration skills as well as management, coordination and documentation experience for various projects, technical and logistic. The person best qualified for this position will have a background in project management and the ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally through project and operational meetings and reporting with various levels of the organization. This position is responsible for managing the technicians through the project to ensure goals and deadlines are met. Daily reporting of status and communication with the properties and team members is essential to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently. It is important to diplomatically hold various parties responsible for keeping the project schedule while focusing on the long:term goal. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT and Operations project coordination of large scale projects. The ideal candidate will be results oriented and have the ability to work multiple assignments concurrently. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate and communicate daily activities for the teract with personnel at the property level to reach an agreement on the update schedule.Resolve scheduling conflicts to the satisfaction of the customer while maintaining the integrity of the overall project schedule.Coordinating with other departments to verify the prerequisites for this project are complete and escalate to the appropriate department when a discrepancy is discovered.Maintain a detailed project municate effectively with various levels of the organization : operations management, corporate departments, executives and general managers.Maintain tracking of the project.Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly status teract with customers to resolve issues remotely as required.Perform tasks in accordance with established department procedures and SLAA?s.Assist other department team members as needed.Take input from other team members and appropriately and accurately apply comments and feedback.Take an active role in the successful completion of the project.Deploy and maintain Mobile Device Management systems Generate documentation in the form of configuration guides and training manualsMust have a strong knowledge of MDM systems including Cisco MerakiStrong knowledge and experience testing, configuring, and implementing various mobile solutions into existing Mobile Device Management environmentSupport large scale mobile software/configuration updates across all environmentsIn depth knowledge of various mobile technologies and operating systems (i.e. Android and iOS)Monitor/diagnose/resolve support ticket escalations from End:Users or Help Desk support tickets : device hardware/software/connectivity This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the individual occupying this position.
