Job Description:/h3:
The Front End Developer is responsible for the development, delivery and quality of multifaceted content initiatives for all digital properties ensuring that the tactics used to meet business priorities can be scaled and maintained appropriately.
This role will be relied on to solution the business content needs using existing technologies as well as developing new code and content. The developer will need to have sound front end design and architecture experience so that they can implement solutions in a scalable and compliance focused manner. Production development requires synchronization of all changes across Spanish language content, mobile channels as well as the necessary validation of the content for ADA compliance and optimization for search.

The developer must be a highly collaborative skilled problem solver comfortable working with various agile team members to meet the business needs and requirements. In addition, the developer will require strong communication skills in order to describe issues and be open to suggesting alternative solutions. The developer will be expected to assist with ongoing content management operations in order to meet business objectives while upholding content management standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Required to support multifaceted projects concurrently throughout the development lifecycle (design phase through implementation phase) collaborating with application developers and project teams. Knowledge of front end design methodology and technologies.
Responsible for coordination and implementation of content changes and hard coded development work to support initiatives, projects, and prototyping.
A creative problem solver who can promote new and unique methods for accomplishing business and development goals while upholding content management standards
Experience in building or editing front end web design (Angular, Bootstrap, CSS3, SAAS, JS, JQuery, HTML5, etc.)
Managing deliverables for project commitments.
Developing skillset and evolving to changes in the production of digital content. Continuing to self:educate on new web technologies and coding practices and also continually train and educate their sub:team.
Required to be a CMS Subject Matter Expert responsible for the ownership of the presentation layer and site layout, implementation and technical design for site branding, content structure and architecture.
Act independently to represent the Digital team on project calls and commit to product deliverables.
Act as primary liaison and key contact for technical design and development teams. Primary interface with application developers and business solutions analysts to define content impacts, troubleshoot issues, ensure adherence to project requirements and business content needs.
Responsible for implementing CMS solutions that will provide the business nimbleness and flexibility of digital content for ongoing maintenance and allowing the business partners speed to market and regular changes outside of IT dependency and elongated schedules.
Responsible for content development QA for sub:team and required to address and handoff deliverables or defect fixes within 2:24 hours. Support of ongoing content releases will require immediate resolution to content developed for releases in testing and Quality Assurance stage.
Identify areas of improvement and efficiency opportunities. This requires collaboration with sub:teams as well as cross functional teams (Creative, Production Support, and Business Sponsors)

The ideal candidate is highly organized and a great multi:tasker with proven problem solving, analytical, and leadership skills. They should be able demonstrate impeccable collaboration and communication skills as well as the ability to influence cross:functional groups in an environment of constant change.
